Terms & Conditions

- All cupcakes are made to order. We do not provide any extras unless stated/announced on the blog.

- Please place your order at least 1 week before the pickup date and 3 weeks for bulk order.

- Rush order (1 day before pickup date) will be charge RM5/box

- Full payment need to be made immediately once I've confirmed your order via sms to avoid cancellation/backouts. Usually it will be 3 days before the pick-up/delivery date and 1 week for bulk order.

- There'll be no refund for any cancellation/backouts.
